Cancellation Policy

At PrepKart Styles, we value your trust and time. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we’ve made the process simple and transparent.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, you may still initiate a return or exchange after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
In such cases, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Cancellation by PrepKart Styles

In certain rare cases, PrepKart Styles may need to cancel or delay your order due to reasons such as:

Product out of stock or unavailable size
Incorrect or incomplete address details
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity
Unexpected logistical or operational delays

If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

For all eligible cancellations:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking) within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
COD Orders: Since payment is made at delivery, no refund applies for canceled COD orders.

If your refund takes longer than expected, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Shipping & Handling Charges

Orders below ₹3000 may include a ₹150 shipping fee, which is non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.
Orders of ₹3000 and above qualify for free shipping.
